  1. Request: Send your refund request via email to info@aihelpbot.net.
  2. Review: Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days.
  3. Approval/Rejection: Compliance with refund conditions will be evaluated and the result will be communicated to you.
  4. Processing: Approved refunds will be issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
  5. Timeline: The refund amount will be reflected on your card within 5-10 business days.

6. Refund Due to Service Interruption

In cases where you are unable to access the service due to platform-related technical issues, the balance corresponding to the affected period will be refunded to your account as credit.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, we kindly ask that you first contact us at info@aihelpbot.net. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the Courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
